Yes, you will be able to check your past orders from “Order History” option available in “My Account”.

Designing
You can place your order in Black, Brown and white color.
Product designing is pretty, much easy just follow the best steps.
  • Adding photos to Photo Frames or Collage Frame is pretty, much easy just follow the below steps.
  • Select the Frame which you want to design such as Photo Frames or Collage Frame.
  • Upload the photos for various frame.
  • The size of Photo will vary as per the frame selected.
  • After finalizing your product then you can add it to the cart.
  • Error while uploading image.
We print the posters from High resolution images HD which ensures there is no loss of quality. The posters are printed on 300 GSM paper and packed flat instead of a roll. Flat poster will help you stick it easily on walls.
Yes, your order can be delivered to your home address. We will deliver your order to any address be it your home or office. You just need to enter the address where the product has to be delivered. Shipping rates will vary as per the shipping address.
In case if you want to cancel the order send us the order details immediately after placing the order. The order can be cancelled or edited only if it has gone into production. After that we cannot do anything in that case.
Once your order is placed successfully then you will get an order confirmation email which will have tracking number in it. You can track your order status using the tracking number.
Ordering
Login to the website and click on the shopping cart link on the top part of the page. The order that were added to the card and not yet checked out will be shown in the shopping cart.
No, you cann't edit the quantity in the shipping cart and once it is done then click on Add to cart or Buy it now button.
Yes. In the shopping cart, click the REMOVE button for the item you would like to delete. Then the selected item will be removed.
Once you have placed your order successfully you will receive an order confirmation email stating all the details that you entered for your order.
Yes, you can mail us your revised address details at support@whatsyourprint.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Yes. You will be notified for the payment if it is successful on the website. In most cases your bank will also send an SMS for your transaction.
No at present we don’t offer Cash on Delivery option (COD). We will offer this mode of payment in the coming feature shortly.

All our products are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your order.
We ship all across the Globe. Please provide us the shipping information where you want to ship. The shipping charges may change as per the location.
