Cancellation and Refund

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or print due to certain reasons and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Your money will be deposited back in your account once the placed order has been cancelled subject to approval from our side. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Since all products sold on Whatsyourprint are customized as per your requirement or details shared by the you, the order cannot be cancelled once the printing has started or the order is shipped to you. You can cancel the order only if the customization process has not been started. Please get in touch with our customer support team in order to cancel your order. Once the printing process has commenced, cancellation is not possible as the product is permanently customized with your details

Refund will be done through the payment gateway to the same account from which the payment has been received. It will be communicated to you from our accounts team. The refund will be processed and reflected within 5-7 working days in your account after the product returned reaches to us.
