Return and Replacement Policy

Return of Products by you

We will only accept the return of the products from your side provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit or defective or wrongly delivered or incorrect product is delivered to you. The return is subject to the condition that we are informed about any such discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.

In case if you fail to provide us the appropriate information within the stipulated time, we will not accept the returns of the product from your side.

Return policy

If the product you have received has anything such as exterior or cover tampered, please Don’t accept it. Instead take a picture of it and share it with us which may help us to identify it and send a new order before the damaged one is returned to us for further analysis.

The return will be accepted only for defects in the product, wrong product delivery, incomplete package or some other genuine reason, subject to the condition we are informed about within the time frame as per our return policy. The product must be returned in its original condition.

Once the item is received by us, there will be a quality check post which the refund or exchange will be processed and informed to you

Replacement policy

Replacement of the product will be done within 7 days of confirmation of the same in case if the customer gets a damaged or wrong product gets delivered to them along with proof.

A customer is not eligible for a replacement if the product is damaged due to the customer’s negligence or any incorrect information is provided by the customer.
